- For U.S. customers, Retly may provide prepaid shipping labels for warranty returns.
- For international customers, you may be responsible for shipping costs, though we will assist with instructions and support.
- Risk of loss passes to the carrier once the product is shipped for warranty service.
5. Limitations
- Retly makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
